MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 6 months care experience

Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate or willing to study towards this qualification

Satisfactory DBS checks

Health declaration

Knowledge of the Care Certificate Standards
RGN/RMN/RLDN
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Providing personal care
-
Staff supervision/delegation
-
Clinical quality management
-
Clinical governance
-
Care planning/implementation/ auditing
-
Infection control auditing
-
Medication administration /auditing/ordering Client assessments pre and follow-ups
-
Adverse incident reporting/health and safety
-
Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs)
-
Knowledge of the Gold Standards Framework

Live-In-Care
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide around the clock personal care or professional nursing for people living in their own homes (that is 24hrs care)

Have basic cooking/housekeeping skills
-
Ability to lone work
-
Must be able to commit for long periods at least two weeks at a time
-
Be a car driver (depends on care requirements)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Experience in live-in-care is desirable, but training is provided to the right candidate with any previous care experience (12 months care experience)

Live-in- Nurses must have NMC registration (24months)

Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate or willing to study towards this qualification

Estimated Table of Wages
These rates exclude specialism roles i.e ANP, CNS, Dementia NS etc
Domiciliary live in-care (Support Worker/HCA) | £265 daily |
Domiciliary live in-care (RGN/RMN/RLDN) | £375 daily |
Support Worker/ HCA | £15 per hr |
RGN/RMN/RLDN | £26 per hr |
Bank holidays are paid time and a half i.e. *Christmas Day, *New Year’s Day, *Easter Good Friday and Easter Monday
